Co- Curricular Activities

Co- curricular activities reinforce and supplement classroom curriculum

‘The arts are an essential element of education, just like reading, writing and arithmetic … music, dance, painting and theatre are all keys that unlock profound human understanding and accomplishment’.  – WILLIAM BENNETT

Kerala School, Vikaspuri upholds the highest standards of academics and includes different co-curricular activities to cater to children of all classes. Activities are framed and conducted

  • To improve the learning experience of a child
  • To help them identify and bring out their inner talent
  • To develop social and intellectual skills.
  • To develop team spirit and leadership qualities.

Our P.ED Department is dedicated to identify and tap the potential of the children and give them the required training at all levels.

We have our school team for Football, Volleyball and Kho-Kho. They have been competing at Zonal levels and getting accolades for the school.

In 2019 National Level Taekwondo Championship, our student secured the First position giving us proud moments.

Cultural Competitions

Our school has always tried to inculcate the culture and values among the children. All National festivals and celebrations are conducted with utmost zeal and enthusiasm to keep up the spirit in the young minds.

We organize an array of extracurricular activities and encourage children to participate.

Music, dance, debates, recitations, quiz, drawing and painting   competitions are regularly held in the school level.

Our children have   brought laurels in the Zonal and State level competitions.

The success that a child   achieves in these co-curricular activities gives a boost to their self- esteem and helps them to face the outer world more confidently.
